We have a 3-day return and exchange policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your order to request a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. You'll also need your order confirmation or proof of purchase.
To start a return or exchange, please submit your request through our Return Portal within 3 days of delivery.
Once your request is received, we will arrange a pickup through our return portal. A small reverse courier fee applies based on your order value. If your location is not serviceable by our courier partner, our team will inform you and you'll need to self-ship the product.

When self-shipping, please include a note inside the parcel with:
- Your full name
- Order ID
- Contact number
- Whether you are requesting a return or exchange
- If requesting an exchange, the size you require
Items sent back without first raising a return or exchange request will not be accepted.
